Mechanical wire and wire rope assemblies used in tension, torque, push, and pull. Various approaches to design, manufacturing and testing. Use of exotic materials including tungsten, Elgiloy, Nitinol, fiberglass, carbon fibers, MP35N, and others. Unique approaches to wire rope cable assembly including plasma and laser welding, swaging and crimping.
What main technologies and or companies are parts of your integrated solution?
We provide turnkey wire and wire rope assembly solutions, and believe there is an optimal cable construction and attachment configuration for each application. We design the cable starting with the wire material, drawn temper, and strand construction. Additional integrated processes include class 10K cleanroom assembly, laser and plasma welding, crimping, swaging, cross sectioning, destructive testing, ultrasonic cleaning, passivation, packaging, design assistance, and process validation, laser, and plasma welding, crimping, swaging, cross sectioning, destructive testing, ultrasonic cleaning, passivation, packaging, design assistance, and process validation.
The AeroDef Manufacturing event is not a traditional trade show. What will your company do differently from the traditional show format to demonstrate a collaborative integrated solution?
Our Strand 10′ x 10′ display booth will include unique turnkey wire and cable assembly samples for handling and viewing under a video microscope system. We will have literature and specification sheets for distribution. Personnel manning the booth will be the President, and a technical representative to facilitate a collaborative dialogue.
Who is your target prospect as it relates to job functions and companies?
Our target audience is on we can educate and aid in determining if a wire or cable assembly is a good fit for integration into their new, existing or future product. This may include engineering and supply chain managers. Our mission is to advance social and scientific progress through medical device, aerospace, and other technologies.
