Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is a tax-qualified, defined contribution employee retirement plan that enables us to provide unique benefits to our employees-owners. The ESOP provides a process for our employees to share in the ownership of Strand Products. Employees participate in the economic growth of Strand Products via company stock held in their retirement accounts.
