LASER WELDING & CUTTING
Automated flash cutting equipment enables us to cut to length and fuse ends closed to eliminate fraying and maximize ease of assembly. Our automated shear cutting equipment processes coated cables to length.
LASER MARKING
To round out our capabilities, we have CNC laser marking equipment to identify each cable assembly and fitting with pertinent information including serial number, cage code, part number, revision level, and manufactured lot number.
CORDAGE SEWING & STITCHING
Our skilled fiber team has the capacity to tackle any unique project that utilizes cords and braided rope as the centerpiece of the assembly. From bar-tacking to sewn terminations and end fittings, we can tackle a wide range of requirements including military and industrial products, as well as medical devices and precision instruments.
CERTIFIED TESTING

PROCESS VALIDATION

Passivation and Cleaning
Our standard cleaning and passivation processes remove residual oils embedded within wire rope and cable assemblies. Cut-to-length cables, and individual components may be cleaned prior to assembly, or completed assemblies may be cleaned and passivated before packaging.
